Prior to Body Waxing services, please note the following:

• Shower Lightly and Exfoliate at home, & trim hairs to about 1/4 inch length (size of a grain of rice)
• Allow at least a week to ten days after shaving before your waxing appointment.
• To lessen discomfort, some clients choose to take Advil &/or use numbing cream an hour prior & avoid caffeine
• If you use tanning beds, or have contact with direct sunlight for a long period of time – you must allow at least 48 hours between tanning & waxing or there is a high risk of skin tearing and/or burning
• Please advise of any skin prescription – topical or oral, as some can cause severe reaction. If on Accutane, it commonly causes severe sensitivity & high risk of tearing, so one cannot wax their face area & we recommend tweezing or threading.
