Covid 19 Safety Protocols
We are slowly transitioning to more “normalcy” with mandates lifted, so although masks are no longer required in our salon, they are of course still optional and we respect your personal choice and want you to feel as comfortable as possible- mask or no mask. So we welcome the option for you to ask that your service provider wear a mask as well, as we respect your personal choice for your safety. We ask for everyone, both staff and clients, to be kind to each other despite differences of personal choices, as we strive to have a friendly and inclusive environment.
When the pandemic started we were committed to keeping our clients & staff as safe as possible. This is why we all took the time to take “Beauty Safe” – a course for beauty professionals that teaches health standards recognized across Canada to help reduce the spread of viruses, bacterial infections, & communicable diseases such as COVID-19. We have always followed standard sanitization guidelines, but we greatly increased these procedures and will continue to do so. All stations and equipment is sanitized between each guest, and your service provider will wash/sanitize their hands between every client appointment.
We also ask you to please phone asap to reschedule if you are feeling unwell – your consideration of the health of our staff & guests is very much appreciated. Please note when booking online, a credit card is required. Cancellations (or no-shows) of 48hrs or less may result in charges of 50% of the cost of the service booked. We may call ahead to confirm more details of your online booking to ensure proper booking times. Our online booking options only allow appointments within our regular business hours, so if you do not see the exact time you need, especially if needing after 5pm for a lengthy service, please call as we can often make adjustments to accommodate your request.
